Daily, weekly and monthly summaries, best-selling products, sales by customer and product, and comparisons between periods — as a short answer with a card you can open or download.

Ask for low-stock items, what has not sold recently, stock value or movement for a period. Triple AI reads the same inventory your POS uses and lists items that have reached the reorder level you set.

Total expenses, by category, biggest items and month-over-month changes. When you ask why expenses rose, Triple AI explains from the recorded entries — and says which part is fact and which is interpretation.

Every report in TripleBill can be shown as a table card or generated as an Excel, PDF or CSV file from a sentence. Triple AI adds a plain-language reading of the numbers.

Ask "How is my business doing today?" and get a compact summary: sales, collections and overdue amounts, low-stock items, recent expenses and anything that needs attention. When there is nothing to report, it says so.

You do not need to know report names or accounting terms. Instead of Reports → Detailed → Product sales → Range, say "Which products sold best this month?" and Triple AI picks the right report and period.

Triple AI is an action assistant. It can draft an invoice, add an item, record an expense or a purchase, add a customer or vendor, and generate files. Every draft shows a card with the full details; nothing is booked until you press Create or say so explicitly.

Consequential actions always require confirmation.

It is not a separate chatbot. Triple AI uses the same customers, items, invoices, purchases, expenses, inventory, payments, reports and permissions as the rest of TripleBill, on the web and in the Android app. An invoice it creates appears in Sales immediately; an item it adds appears in Inventory.

Triple AI can only call predefined application actions, each checked against the signed-in user's permissions. A cashier cannot ask it for profit; a viewer cannot make it create anything. Requests to the model include only the records needed to answer, drafts are stored in your account, and every created record carries the usual audit trail.
