Refund policy.
Effective 5 September 2026. The Free plan lets you try everything before paying. Paid plans are refundable within a short window if something is wrong.
First payment
If a paid plan does not work for you, write to us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
Renewals
Renewals are not refunded once the new period has started. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
How refunds are paid
To the original payment method, typically within 7–10 working days after approval.
Exceptions
Accounts suspended for breach of the terms are not eligible for refunds.
